UBS brings booking into Telegram. Customers choose a service and an available time, while a business manages its schedule, appointments and everyday booking work.

The project is designed for different scales: an independent specialist, a team, or a business operating across several locations. Three editions provide a clear progression without making every business use the same set of features.

For the customer

Booking is guided step by step: choose a service, find an available date and time, and complete the appointment. Notifications and reminders help keep the booking visible in the same familiar communication environment.

The customer-facing experience is in Telegram. A separate customer booking application is not required.

For the business

The owner’s administrative panel is inside Telegram. It brings services, working time and appointments together, including bookings entered manually. Team and administrative workflows depend on the chosen edition and the person’s role.

START covers the essentials for one specialist. BUSINESS adds the needs of a team, including staff workflows, appointment history and reporting. PROFESSIONAL extends the scope to more complex operations, including locations, shared resources and group bookings.

A system to run and configure

The supplied Windows x64 application runs your bot, while customers and staff interact through Telegram. The business sets up its services and schedule; the edition determines the additional workflows. Standard editions do not include automatic payment collection.

Your own bot, ready to configure

The selected edition is supplied as a ZIP with a compiled Windows x64 application and buyer documentation. Python source code is not included, and Python does not need to be installed. You create your own Telegram bot, provide the equipment and follow the setup guide.

The hosting device needs an internet connection and must remain running for bookings and reminders. The standard package does not include hosting, individual setup, ongoing support or separately developed integrations.

The first distinction is the scale of the operation. START is intended for one specialist; BUSINESS adds the working needs of a team; PROFESSIONAL addresses a broader set of locations, resources and booking workflows. A larger edition is useful when its additional scope matches the business.

Owning the package means running the bot

UBS is supplied as software for the buyer to run and configure. Customers and staff use Telegram, and the Windows application runs the bot on equipment provided by the business. Keeping that host online is part of operating the system.

The ZIP includes the files and buyer documentation for the selected edition. Review the setup requirements, delivery arrangements and license before choosing an offer. Questions about an edition’s availability can be sent to the public seller contact; an enquiry itself does not create a purchase.
